Board of Directors

Ranging from family members to professionals and educators, The Arc Ontario board connects us to the community.

Foundation Board

The Friends of The Arc Ontario Foundation was incorporated in 2013 to raise funds in support of our innovative and ever-expanding services for people with disabilities or other challenges.

What we do:

  • Raise funds to supplement decreasing support from Medicaid (government organization who primarily funds programs and services for people with disabilities or other challenges)

  • Ensures The Arc Ontario’s financial future and that the individuals who we support will continue to lead fulfilling lives for generations to come

  • Builds upon strong support from the community

Community Advisory Board

The Arc Ontario’s Community Advisory Board is a non-governing body of local professionals and leaders who provide us with community-based input. Their valuable connections and insight help people with disabilities to become engaging community members who are welcomed, respected, and valued in our society.

Autism Advisory Board

Formed in 2010, the Autism Advisory Board consists of parents, educators, staff from state and private agencies, community members, and people supported by the agency. Each member has a continuous focus on raising the awareness of autism in the community and meeting the needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families through the development of new services and supports.
