The Arc Ontario's Summer Break Camps give young people ages 14–22 the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to take their next step toward employment, all in a supportive and engaging environment.
Held at our Employment & Training Center, each camp is one week long and runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM–3 PM, with a break for lunch. Choose one session or attend multiple, and mix and match the days that work best for you.
What's offered:
Self Advocacy (Mon & Tue) Build the communication and self-determination skills that matter in the workplace and beyond. Also available remotely.
Work Readiness (Wed & Thu) Develop practical job skills and learn what employers are really looking for. Also available remotely.
Job Exploration (Fri) Discover career possibilities and find paths that match your interests and strengths.
Sessions are offered the weeks of July 13, July 27, August 10, and August 24.
Summer Break Camps are open to individuals who are eligible or potentially eligible for ACCES-VR services.
