Give the Gift of Your Time at The Arc Ontario's Holiday Gift Wrapping Booths at Eastview Mall!
As the holiday season approaches, The Arc Ontario is seeking enthusiastic volunteers for our annual Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraiser at Eastview Mall. This fun and festive initiative will run from December 6 through Christmas Eve (December 24, 2025).
Volunteers are needed to help with taking in gifts, beautifully wrapping packages, and returning them to satisfied shoppers.
Our Main Booth will be centrally located in the Mall’s main court behind Santa, and our secondary booth will be situated just outside the Macy's department store. We couldn't be more excited to create a festive atmosphere where shoppers can have their gifts professionally wrapped while supporting a worthy cause—our mission to foster fulfillment and community living for people with disabilities.
How You Can Get Involved:
VOLUNTEER AS A GIFT WRAPPER
Share your creativity and gift-wrapping skills! You can sign up for one of our shifts that run consistently throughout the week from December 6 - December 24, 2025.:
Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
BECOME A SUPERVISOR
If you have experience managing gift intake, handling a cash register, or leading a small team, please consider volunteering as a supervisor. Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our booth and supervising our amazing gift wrappers. To volunteer as a supervisor, please use the same Sign-Up Genius link: .
